Terms and conditions regarding adoption of wild animals:- |

1. |
Adoption process will be followed on first come-first serve basis. |
|
2. |
Priority will be given to the person/organization by which wild animals will be adopted for maximum number of days. |
|
3. |
The name of the person/institution to be adopted will be displayed on the display board as per rules. |
|
4. |
The amount related to the adopted wild animals will have to be deposited in the account number 0183000103969963/IFSC Code PUNB0018300 of Shaheed Ashfaq Ulla Khan Prani Udyan Gorakhpur Society through cheque/bank draft/RTGS. The adopted scheme will be applicable from 10 days after receipt of receipt of deposit amount. |

5. |
6 per quarter, 12 per six months and 18 per year free entry tickets will be provided to the person/institution adopting wild animal, so that they can see the animal adopted by them. The said entry ticket will be valid only during the period adopted. |

6. |
Member-Secretary, Shaheed Ashfaq Ulla Khan Prani Udyan Gorakhpur Society reserves the right to make any changes in the rates and rules without any prior notice, so that no person/firm will have any objection. |

7. |
The person/institution adopting wild animal will get the benefit of tax exemption under section 80G. |
